"Easy exchange, no hassle"
I had to make a return/exchange and it was really simple. The staff helped me quickly and didn’t make it a big deal at all. Has anyone else had the same issue and needed to exchange something?

"Not quite the quality I hoped for"
I was a little disappointed with this item overall. It felt somewhat cheaper than I expected, and I noticed the stitching was a bit uneven in a few spots. After using it a handful of times, it didn’t seem to hold up as well as I’d hoped. On the plus side, shipping was smooth and arrived without any issues...

"Try-before-you-buy was a little more complicated than I expected"
I really do like the idea of being able to try things before committing, and to be fair, the overall concept is helpful. My issue was more with the return process. The steps weren’t super clear, and when I reached out to support, it took a while to hear back. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but it did add more stress than I expected for something that’s supposed to make shopping easier.

"Shipping took way longer than I expected"
I ordered from Little Zen One the shipping took way too long. I wasn’t expecting it overnight or anything, but once I was charged and there wasn’t much movement for a while, I started getting annoyed.
The item did show up in good shape, so I’ll give them that. I just wish the delivery timing had been more accurate or that the process felt a little more straightforward while I was waiting.

"Nice stuff, but I wish there were more choices"
They do have some really nice babywearing items, and I spotted a few brands I already like. The weird part is, it feels like they have good options at first, but once you start looking for certain sizes or colors, the selection gets limited. I did end up finding something that worked, but I definitely wish there had been a bit more to choose from

"Comfy carrier that beat the others I tried"
I got my carrier from Little Zen One and I’ve been really happy with it. I’ve tried a couple other carriers before that started digging into my shoulders quickly, but this one feels way more balanced and comfortable, even after wearing it for a while. My baby seems really content in it too and usually settles down fast once we’re all strapped in. Shipping was smooth, and based on this experience, I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Why is getting a reply so complicated?"
I reached out to customer service i don’t get why it had to be so complicated. I sent emails and waited for days, but nobody ever got back to me. It just felt like I was being ignored.

"Sizing advice didn’t really work for me"
I followed the size recommendations, but the fit still felt off when I tried it on. I’m glad I kept the tags and packaging just in case, because I didn’t want to risk being stuck with something that didn’t feel right
